Prior to joining our team in 2008, Iryna began her career as an Administrative Assistant at an engineering consulting firm in Toronto, moving on to the role of Business Manager for a large vacation resort in Northern Ontario. She holds a Diploma in Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeping from Success Business College and is currently studying Accounting through Continuing Education at George Brown College.
Iryna enjoys yoga, cross-country skiing, travel and volunteering for “Out of the Cold.”
Her technical expertise is coupled with excellent communication skills and an ability to effectively determine client needs and training strategies, instructional and documentation design, quality review processes, methodologies and tools.
Prior to HR Transformations in 2006, Dana held a number of key HR leadership roles, most recently as the Vice President of Human Resources for Revera Inc., Canada’s 11th largest private-sector employer. At Revera Inc., Dana was a member of the executive team and was accountable for the alignment of HR activities with the company’s business strategy. Dana is a Certified Compensation Professional and holds a BCom from the University of Toronto.
To unwind from her busy schedule, Dana likes nothing better than to paddle into the wilderness with friends. For the last 15 years, she has enjoyed annual backcountry kayak trips with the same group of friends.
For over 15 years, Mitchell has provided change management leadership on system implementations such as human resources finance, ADP, SAP, Oracle and custom builds. Non-system change projects include vision and strategic initiatives, enterprise performance management, business start-ups and recruitment outsourcing. He is adept at technical, business and project planning and conducting organizational analysis, vendor reviews and human resources outsourcing options. Mitch has a Masters in Business Management from Northeastern University and is Prosci / ADKAR certified.
Valerie’s has honed her skills in designing multi-location systems training on a North American scale. This includes training analysis, developing learning objectives, course content, job aids and support material. She is a versatile curriculum designer who tailors materials, delivery and approach to meet an array of stakeholder needs. Fluent in English and French, Valerie effectively implements short and long term training programs coast to coast. Valerie has her BA in Adult Education.
For 20 years Carol has been working with government, not-for-profit and Fortune 500 organizations on transformational change projects that have been local, national and international in scale. She has led and co-lead change management initiatives that have resulted in the amalgamation of service provision, redesigned service delivery models and business processes, collaboratively planned strategic frameworks, process redesign, strategic plans and other high impact changes. Carol is also a published author of HR Managers’ Guide to Applied HR Strategy.
For over 10 years, Megan has developed and written support documentation for technology and other change management initiatives including tutorials, frequently asked questions, help files, infographics, procedure manuals and user guides. Megan compliments technical documentation requirements with broader communications vehicles such as presentations, newsletter articles, website copy and e-mail broadcasts. With her background in education, teaching, technical writing and communication, Megan helps make sense of today’s information-driven world.
When her computer is shut down for the day, you can find Megan teaching yoga through corporate wellness and community programs.
He also provides clients with expertise in project leadership, process improvement and technology support. He has a balance of experience both as a leader within organizations and as a consultant, and as a result is well-versed in both formal and informal business practices. This enables him understand leaders and to drive change by creating open clear, concise two-way channels of communication across all levels of an organization, from the executive suite to the front lines. Raymond is a professional engineer.
Alongside the client, Lynda creates a learning strategy that focuses on skill building, practice, practical application that is transferred to the job and provides continued reinforcement which motivates and gets results with her clients. Lynda has her Masters in Education from OISIE. She is certified to delivery the Positive Power & Influence program.
Megan began her career as an engineer at Ontario Hydro, going on to pursue an MBA at the Rotman School of Management. As Director of Marketing and Strategy at Ericsson Canada, she was responsible for strategic planning, new product and market assessments, and marketing communications. She has also designed and delivered training in marketing and business planning, and has been an MBA Program Team Facilitator at Queen’s University and a guest lecturer on Communications for the Commerce Program at Queen’s.
Megan likes to balance her busy consulting practice with her love of sport. She’s a committed, life-long athlete.
Prior to joining our team in 2010, Stephanie was most recently Director of Talent Management at TELUS, HR Country Manager at GMAC and Senior Manager of Talent at Amex Canada. She has also worked in HR at BiWay Stores and Purolator Courier. Stephanie is a certified HR Professional, a certified Adler-trained coach and a certified MBTI trainer. She holds a Post-diploma in HR Management from Seneca College, a BA in Psychology from York University and BA Administrative and Commercial studies from Huron College at University of Western Ontario.
Stephanie is a very active person year round, but she particularly enjoys the winter months when she often heads for the slopes to ski.
Kim has worked with BMO where she was responsible for promotions and various change communications portfolios, supporting the departments of Sales and Marketing, Commercial Banking, Technology Risk Management and HR. She has also worked with Barrick Gold Corporation as contributor and managing editor of the company newspaper. She holds a Certificate in Public Relations from Ryerson University, a diploma from Humber College for Retail Management, and she studied French abroad at Université de Provence.
With 20 years of experience in the retail, healthcare, telecommunications and technology sectors, Mark has developed curriculum and learning programs, delivered training, facilitated large scale, multi-location workshops and created communications material for a wide range of change initiatives. He has worked on a variety of change management projects including ERP implementations, company mergers, product launches and the introduction of new business lines.
Mark is the recipient received a national award for training excellence and is recognized as an innovator in using distance learning methods.
Heather has successfully led, advised and coached individuals and teams to achieve breakthrough performance across multiple industries, in both union and non-union environments. And, She’s designed and delivered hundreds of workshop and frequently consults with clients on training strategy and curriculum design.
Prior to beginning her consulting career, Heather held a series of senior leadership roles in learning and development, change management and human resources. She was most recently the Senior Director, Learning and Talent Development with Loblaw.
She is a certified training and development professional (CTDP) and certified instructional designer.
Lisa has implemented entire human resources infrastructures from the ground up, for start-ups and large, multi-location organizations in the not-for-profit, gas, retail and food service industries. Her broad human resources experience covers strategy, recruitment, compensation, recognition and rewards, training design and delivery, leadership development and individual coaching. Lisa has worked on numerous change initiatives such as staffing reorganization, technology implementations, organizational culture shifts and policy redevelopment to meet new legislation.
Lisa is dedicated to life-long learning and shares her professional expertise as a college instructor delivering a variety of courses like human resources management, leadership training or career development.
Prior to HR Transformations in 2002, Tammy held the positions of HR and Training Manager at Procter and Gamble, Director of Organization Development at Ericsson and Vice President of HR for CYBERplex, an internet services company. Tammy holds a BA Honours from the University of Toronto and has completed CHRM studies from the HRPA, and post-degree studies in psychology at the University of Toronto.
When not busy with her consulting work, Tammy is an avid film buff. A devoted fan of the Toronto International Film Festival for the past 20 years, each September she takes vacation time to attend the Toronto International Film Festival.
